Inspired by the ‘clap for heroes’ the Barbados Cares campaign was created to give people the chance to say a very special and personal ‘thank you’ by nominating their favourite NHS worker to win a holiday of a lifetime. Supported by famous Bajans living in the UK, PR reached 6 million via editorial.

We achieved 3 million social impressions, received 24,000 social engagements and generated over 300 nomination entries. As a result 20 lucky NHS heroes and Captain Sir Tom and their families got the chance to visit paradise and enjoy the reward of a unique Bajan welcome.
